I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in sex and relationship concerns.  I help clients heal, communicate and grow so that they can have more fulfilling lives and vibrant relationships. 

I love my work and I am passionate about helping my clients live life to the fullest. I treat a wide variety of adult issues, with a special interest in healthy sexuality, recovering from infidelity, igniting desire, coping with anxiety, and treating sexual pain or performance concerns.  I have specialized training in working with clients who identify as kinky. For clients who are struggling with out of control sexual behaviors/sex addiction, I offer effective solutions. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome clients from all backgrounds and relationship styles.

I am a licensed professional counselor with 24 years experience. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  I hold a post-graduate certification in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  I am the only AASECT (American Association for Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) certified sex therapist in Tulsa and serve as the Oklahoma Section Leader for membership in AASECT.  In addition to therapy, I speak at community and professional events to educate and increase awareness of sexual health and relationship issues.   I am on the Board of Directors for the MOTE (Multiplicity of the Erotic) Conference, which promotes research, training and best clinical practices for alternative sexualities.
